Heather Hansen is my guest on this 8th episode! 🎧

She is a Global Communication Specialist, Founder of the Global Speech Academy, author of the book Powerful People Skills and Unmuted  (to be published in March 2022) and TEDx Speaker (her 2018 TEDx talk is titled 2 Billion Voices: How to speak bad English perfectly ). 

Originally from the United States, Heather has lived abroad since 2002 in Europe and Asia. Her work has taken her to 16 countries on four continents, and her clients come from every corner of the world.

She is on a mission to unmute leaders and teams so they can be more innovative, inclusive and efficient while adapting to modern challenges.

In this episode we discuss about the main challenges  regarding cross-cultural communication, the importance of embracing different accents and linguistic diversity, global english pronunciation and intelligibility.
